General Discussion
1st GB: Jo De Rijck and I genuinely hope he makes the live shows. In my eyes he was the best magician of the season and was certainly the most unique of them!
2nd GB: AIRFOOTWORKS as these guys are the best dance group of the season and the most unique dance group too. I just hope that their not another act connected to AGT Season 8 winner Kenichi Ebina to falter in the live shows as the last act with a connection to Kenichi was Unicircle Flow in Season 16 and they did just what I went ahead and described.
Sidenote: Oddly enough both of these acts have been Finalist on other Got Talent shows with Jo being a Finalist on Belgium’s Got Talent Season 2 back in 2013 (with a different chicken as he began performing with his current chicken Curry four years later) & AIRFOOTWORKS being a Finalist on Japan’s Got Talent Season 1 just last year.
As we are half way through the auditions for season 19I've decided to share my updated predictions for The Final after this week's episode. Feel free to share your thoughts below if you agree or disagree with my prediction.
Top 5:
Richard Goodall
Brent Street
Learnmore Jonasi
Sky Elements
Roni Sagi & Rhythm
Other Finalists:
Hakuna Matata Acrobatics
Sabrina
Legion
Pranysqa Mishra
Jo De Rijck
Dee Dee Simon (Wildcard)
Do you agree with me? Let me know in the comments below fi you agree or disagree with my prediction?
I've been watching AGT since S13 (though I do know a lot about S12) and never in my life have I watched a season that felt so off. S15 was off, but we kinda expected it. But Season 16...did...they even try?
Here were my 5 main issues with this season:
I don't even think there was an audience. That was for obvious reasons in S15, but they just reused clips or used AI or SOMETHING and it felt so weird and off.
The acts on this season were talented. But MAN, this was basically the bare minimum of talent. Like...nothing really special or unique. Almost everyone felt bland or just...not NEARLY as good as we've seen on AGT. Like, look at the Golden Buzzers. Come on. Another choir? The choir, Jimmie, and partially Victory are the ones who didn't really deserve it in my opinion. (I was okay with Victory's placement, however.)
Going back to the point I just mentioned, looking at the Top 5 of this season just proves my point even further. The only one who even remotely stood out was Josh Blue, as he's my favorite comedian from the show by far. I'd say Lea Kyle as well, but look. She only got 5th place. And who's the Top 2? Magician with a story or whatever and a guy who just...spins. Sure, they're both talented, but there were FAR better acts this season and there have been in previous seasons who just deserved to win more. aidan pisses me off so much im sorry
I also think the judges were way too lenient this season. I mean, they pretty much just let anyone through. Like, if Judge Cuts was still around (probably the biggest factor in why this season sucked), I'd say acts like BBDC or Johnny Showcase or Positive Impact Movement (who are so forgettable, I had to rewatch their audition) wouldn't have even gotten to the Quarterfinals.
This one is minor, but why did they call it the AGT Save and not the Sonic Save? Doesn't the latter sound so much better?
That's why I really did not like S16. As a matter of fact, if S17 (which was easily one of the best things in TV history along with S14) was not as MASSIVE a step up as it was, I would've just lost interest.
However, I know there are people out there who probably loved S16. I respect your opinion, even though I heavily disagree. Here were some of my favs from S16:
The Curtis Family C-Notes
Les Beaux Frères (which just shows you how weak this season was lol)
Josh Blue (probably my fav of this season)
Gangstagrass
Léa Kyle
Thanks for reading my opinion :>

I spoke to @MegaMan775 a few months ago during AGT in the discussion tab and they talked about looking through the AGT community comments and seeing that Gabriel Henrique's fanbase weren't as toxic when he didn't go through such as The Sacred Riana and Daneilya Tuleshova.
I even remember seeing on Talent Recap's Prediction video from 2020 all the comments were on Daneilya and her only and when I said I wanted Roberta Battaglia to win they just attacked my opinion
Once again shout out to @MegaMan775
I really excited for The Ramadhani Brothers and Musa Motha the most I'm hoping one of them wins
The only BGT alum from the special Simon’s Most Memorable Auditions who’s never been on an AGT spin-off show or at the very least lined up for one is Calum Scott! I say this as both Ashleigh & Sully (RIP Pudsey) and Susan Boyle were on AGT Champions 1, whereas according to @Curious Poker Chip both Musa Motha & Ichikawa Koikuchi are lined up to compete on AGT Fantasy League!

My Top 5 Predictions in no particular order
Lavender - Lavender was amazing and if she doesn’t make it through I will Riot.
2. Mith Rossell - Really good singer, and his story will definitely capture people.
3. John Wines - know it’s rare for ppl who get buzzed to advanced but I haven’t seen a single comment agreeing with Simon.
4. Brynn Cummings - I was debating between sainted and Brynn for this spot but I’m predicting Brynn as she brings variety and is my preferred act out of the two but I may be wrong.
5. Adrian Stoke & Hurricane - Brilliant dog act and I hope they do make it as a dog act hasn’t made it pass the first stage since Lukas & Falco in series 14 and no dog act without a wildcard advanced any further in the Live Shows since Sara & Hero in Series 12.
Top 3 Predictions in no particular Oder.

Jul 25th is now a clip show entitled Simon's Most Memorable Auditions (Probably like the format of the last Season's Clip Show Simon's Favorite Golden Buzzers) Regular 2hr Episode. Aug 15 could be another Clip Show, Stay Tuned. I do think judge cuts should return to all regular summer seasons.
7/18 Auditions 7
7/25 Simon's Most Memorable Auditions
8/1 Auditions 8
8/8 Auditions End (This is possibly where the Deliberations will go at the end of the Episode, like the prior 2 Seasons)
8/15 Judge Deliberations (Or Judge Cuts, but Unlikely or Another Clip Show)
8/22 Qualifiers 1
8/23 Qualifiers 1 Results
8/29 Qualifiers 2
8/30 Qualifiers 2 Results
9/5 Qualifiers 3
9/6 Qualifiers 3 Results
9/12 Qualifiers 4
9/13 Qualifiers 4 Results
Likely Qualifiers 5 & Results as well if the Finale is Sept 26-27
9/19 Finale
9/20 Likely Finale Recap Show
9/20 Finale Results
Or the Finale is Sept 26-27, but the Futon Critic States it is Sept 19-20
The Voice will be possibly be back Sept 25-26
P.S. I like the Special Episodes, but also like the Competition without any interruptions. (but when olympics are on watch them, that's important)
What do u think the new Spinoff will be.
Give Suggestions for the following items.
Spinoff Title
Host & Judges
Premiere Date
Format
Episode #
Superfans Participation (Like All Spinoffs so far)
Til then keep watching Season 18 Tuesdays 8/7c on NBC
Again Some of these are the same and some i have added from last weeks episode
