Adaline Bates was a singer from Season 14 of America's Got Talent. She was eliminated in the Judge Cuts.
Background[]
Adaline Bates was born in Milwaukee but now lives in Arizona. She had been in a singing group when she was younger but put music aside to raise her children. She later became a vocal coach and is now a writer. [1]
Audition[]
Adaline Bates' audition in Episode 1402 consisted of singing both parts of Nat King Cole and Natalie Cole's "Unforgettable." while wearing a half-drag outfit. Howie Mandel, Julianne Hough, Gabrielle Union, and Simon Cowell all voted "Yes," sending Adaline to the Judge Cuts.
Judge Cuts[]
Adaline Bates' Judge Cuts performance in Episode 1408 consisted of singing both parts of Lionel Richie and Diana Ross's "Endless Love" while wearing a half-drag outfit. Adaline's performance was not strong enough for the judges to send her to the Quarterfinals eliminating her from the competition along with Valerie Sassyfras.

- To date, Adaline is one of just three female-to-male drag acts in AGT history, the other being Season 3 reject Polina Nikiforova and Season 16 act Darrell Thorne.
