Aidan Bryant was an aerialist from Season 16 of America's Got Talent. He finished the competition in 2nd place, also winning a new car. He returned for America's Got Talent: All-Stars where he won the competition and the title of "AGT Ultimate All-Star". He returned again for America's Got Talent: Fantasy League, competing on Heidi Klum's team, however he was stolen by Mel B in the Semifinals after pressing the Golden Buzzer for him. He finished in the Bottom 5 of the Top 10.

Background[]

Aidan Bryant's love for acrobatics began at just 14 with a tree and his grandma's bedsheet. In just two years, the self-taught aerialist has already mastered contortion, hand balancing and even archery without any dance or gymnastics experience. Now, the Virginia native is ready to bring his intricate aerial routines from the backyard to the "AGT" stage.

Aidan Bryant's audition in Episode 1601 consisted of performing an aerial routine. Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, Sofia Vergara, and Simon Cowell all voted "Yes", sending Aidan to the next round.

Aidan Bryant was chosen to advance to the Top 36.

Quarterfinals[]

Aidan Bryant's Quarterfinals performance in Episode 1611 consisted of performing an aerial routine set to Tommee Profitt's "I Am Legend". Heidi Klum, Sofia Vergara and Simon Cowell gave him standing ovations. Aidan received enough votes to advance to the Semifinals in Episode 1612 along with Victory Brinker.

Semifinals[]

Aidan Bryant's Semifinals performance in Episode 1615 consisted of performing an aerial routine on a set of hoops to Joseph William Morgan’s orchestral version of “Larger Than Life". Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, Sofia Vergara and Simon Cowell all gave him standing ovations. Aidan received enough votes to advance to the Finals in Episode 1616 instead of Korean Soul and Madilyn Bailey.

Finals[]

Aidan Bryant's Finals performance in Episode 1619 consisted of performing an aerial routine on a set of straps set to Tommee Profitt's "Caught in the Fire". Heidi Klum, Sofia Vergara and Simon Cowell (standing on the desk) all gave him standing ovations.

Finale[]

For the finale in Episode 1620, Aidan Bryant performed a mash-up routine with World Taekwondo Demonstration Team, Jordan Chiles and MyKayla Skinner. He received enough votes to enter the Top 5 instead of World Taekwondo Demonstration Team. Aidan finished the competition in 2nd place ahead of Josh Blue, Brooke Simpson and Léa Kyle, but behind Dustin Tavella. As runner-up, he also won a new car.

All-Stars Preliminary[]

Aidan Bryant's Preliminary performance in Episode AS02 consisted of performing an aerial routine on a triangle suspended high above the stage to Ruelle's "Game of Survival". Heidi Klum and Simon Cowell gave him standing ovations. He received enough votes from the Superfans to enter the Top 3 of the night. He received more votes than Divyansh & Manuraj and Vitoria Bueno, advancing to the Final.

All-Stars Final[]

Aidan Bryant's Finals performance in Episode AS07 consisted of performing an aerial routine on a set of straps set to orchestral music. Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum and Simon Cowell all gave him standing ovations.

All-Stars Finale[]

In the Episode AS08 finale, Aidan collaborated with Bello Sisters in an aerial/acrobatic mash-up to Adam Lambert performing Sia's "Chandelier". He received enough votes from the Superfans to enter the Top 5 instead of Bello Sisters. He finished in 1st place ahead of Avery Dixon, Light Balance Kids, Ana Maria Mărgean and Aidan McCann, winning the competition and the title of "AGT Ultimate All-Star".

After All-Stars[]

Also in 2023, Aidan Bryant auditioned for Spain's Got Talent: All Stars in which he was selected from his audition episode to advance to the final. He later appeared in Episode 1811 alongside Kodi Lee, The Pack Drumline, Human Fountains and Light Balance in a mega mash-up performance of AGT alums. Additionally in 2023, Aidan Bryant competed on the tenth season of Italian competition series Tu Si Que Vales.

Aidan Bryant’s preliminary performance in Episode FL04 consisted of performing an aerial routine to Sia's cover version of The Mamas & The Papas' "California Dreamin'", referencing the story of how he learned how to do aerial tricks from his backyard tree. Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, Mel B and Simon Cowell all gave him standing ovations. He received enough votes to advance to the Semifinals along with Darci Lynne instead of Brian Justin Crum.

Fantasy League Semifinals[]

Aidan Bryant's Semifinal performance in Episode FL05 consisted of performing an aerial routine on a set of straps to a cover version of Rockwell's "Somebody's Watching Me". Heidi Klum, Mel B and Simon Cowell gave him standing ovations. Impressed with his performance, Mel used her Golden Buzzer to steal him from Heidi's team and send him to the Final on her team.

Fantasy League Final[]

Aidan Bryant's Finals performance in Episode FL07 consisted of performing an aerial routine on a hoop to Queen's "The Show Must Go On". Heidi Klum, Mel B and Simon Cowell gave him standing ovations.

Fantasy League Finale[]

In the Episode FL08 finale, Aidan performed a mash-up act alongside Billy & Emily England, Sofie Dossi and Ramadhani Brothers to Brian Justin Crum and Loren Allred singing "The Greatest Show" from The Greatest Showman. He did not receive enough votes to enter the Top 5, eliminating him from the competition instead of Ramadhani Brothers.

Trivia[]

  • Taking spin-offs into account, Aidan is the first aerial act to win AGT.
  • He is the first ever winner that includes danger elements in his act.
  • He is the third-youngest runner-up in the show's history, behind Angelica Hale and Jackie Evancho.
  • He is the second former runner-up to win a spin-off season, following Twist and Pulse in Britain's Got Talent: The Champions.
