Alizma was a violin trio from Season 4 of America's Got Talent. It was eliminated in the Quarterfinals.
Background[]
The name Alizma comes from the names of its three members (AL - IZ - MA from Aleksandra - Izabela - Monika).
The three are identical triplet sisters from Poland born 5 minutes apart from each other. They have studied music together since early childhood and performed their first song at age 3 for a kindergarten group. Love for music came naturally to them, so at age 6 they were all enrolled in the violin performance program at the music school in Zagan, Poland. They have been playing, singing and performing ever since.
Alizma came to the United States as teenagers through a high school international exchange program. After graduating, they continued to progress in the field of Arts Management at Shenandoah University near Washington DC where they were able to learn about both music and business. Music performance became a primary focus in life so they pursued graduate studies at Azusa Pacific University near Los Angeles, and received their Master’s degrees in Music with specialty in violin performance. They also enrolled in a vocal study graduate program in the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Subsequently, they all began to write music and implement their original works into their performances.
Their biggest joy, however, was debuting their first album titled ‘Tell Me How To Love You’ which is available on iTunes and other outlets. All the songs on this album are originals and in English with a few songs in Polish. The intention behind their music and lyrics is to convey positive and inspirational messages to theirr audiences around the themes of ‘staying true to who you are’ and choosing to ‘walk the path of life in truth and love.’ 1

Alizma's audition in Episode 402 consisted of playing the violin and singing The Charlie Daniels Band's "The Devil Went Down to Georgia." Piers Morgan, Sharon Osbourne, and David Hasselhoff all voted "Yes", sending the group to the Vegas Round.

Vegas Round[]
Alizma appeared without performing in the Vegas Round. The trio's audition was strong enough for the judges to send it to the Quarterfinals in Episode 412.
Quarterfinals[]
Alizma's Quarterfinals performance in Episode 415 consisted of playing the violin and singing Aretha Franklin's "(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman." Piers Morgan, David Hasselhoff, and Sharon Osbourne all buzzed the act terminating the performance. Alizma did not receive enough votes to be sent to the Semifinals, eliminating the group from the competition in Episode 416 along with SQ Entertainment, instead of Paradizo Dance.
