Alondra Santos was a mariachi singer from Season 10 of America's Got Talent. She was eliminated in the Judge Cuts, but returned to the Quarterfinals as a replacement for either Silvia Silvia or Duo Volta after they withdrew from the competition. She was eliminated again in the Semifinals.

Background[]

Alondra Santos was born in El Monte, California on February 4, 2002.

From an early age, she discovered the desire to sing, because she liked singing to the beat of the radio. When she was 3 years old, she recorded her first song, her favorite song, Selena Quintanilla's "Como la Flor (Like The Flower)." When she was 4, she attended a school for modeling and acting for a period of 12 months. She soon returned to Los Angeles to perform at a convention center, where she appeared before more than a thousand people (as a singer) in a fashion runway in the month of May 2008.

Alondra then moved to Utah, where she performed on stage in public for the first time. In the month of March 2009, she had the fortune to be invited to partake in a Telethon sponsored by TV Azteca America network for the benefit of the victims of the earthquake in Chile and Haiti. She would later participate in several events for the American Red Cross, American Cancer Society, among other charitable organizations. She has also participated in several television shows as a singing contestant including "Tengo Talento Mucho Talento". She was also a contestant on "La Voz Kids", an American Spanish-language version of The Voice, in 2013. She finished in the Top 6. [1]
