Amoukanama is a circus company based in Guinea. Their hope is to bridge Europe and Africa using circus to create connection
Audition[]
Amoukanama's audition in Episode 1707 consisted of performing an acrobatic routine combined with African dance. All the judges voted "Yes", sending them to the next round.
Deliberations[]
Amoukanama was selected to advance to the Semifinals.
Semifinals[]
Amoukanama's Semifinals performance in Episode 1710 consisted of performing an acrobatic dance routine including tricks through hoops, off of a tire, on trampolines and handstands on top of each other. Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, Sofia Vergara and Simon Cowell all gave them standing ovations. They received enough votes to enter the Top 5 of the night in Episode 1711 instead of Lace Larrabee, but did not receive enough votes to enter the Top 3, eliminating them from the competition along with Players Choir instead of Avery Dixon, Don McMillan and Drake Milligan.
After the Show[]
Additionally in 2023, Amoukanama competed on the tenth season of Italian competition series Tu Si Que Vales where they were eliminated in a mini Semi-Final playoff against Amedeo Abbate.
