Ana Maria Mărgean's Preliminary performance in Episode AS05 consisted of singing Lesley Gore's "You Don't Own Me" as an argument between her and her dog puppet Waldo. Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum and Simon Cowell all gave her standing ovations. She received enough votes from the Superfans to enter the Top 3 of the night. She received more votes than Peter Rosalita and Mandy Harvey, advancing to the Final.
All-Stars Final[]
Ana Maria Mărgean's Finals performance in Episode AS07 consisted of singing Nina Simone's "I Put A Spell On You" with her puppet "vocal coach", Mrs. Know-it-all. Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum and Simon Cowell all gave her standing ovations.
All-Stars Finale[]
In the Episode AS08 finale, Ana Maria and Waldo performed Elvis Presley vs. JXL's "A Little Less Conversation" with Terry Fator and his puppet Maynard. She received enough votes from the Superfans to enter the Top 5 instead of Tom Ball and Kodi Lee. She finished in 4th place ahead of Aidan McCann, but behind Aidan Bryant, Avery Dixon and Light Balance Kids.
