Anna Ranoso was a novelty act from Season 7 of America's Got Talent. She was eliminated in the audition round.

Background[]

Anna Ranoso is a martial artist/stuntwoman with 12 years of experience in martial arts. She was born in the Philippines and was raised in Sydney, Australia. Her family moved to West Bloomfield, Michigan in 1995 when she was 11 years old. She began training in Taekwondo at the age of 15.

Anna moved to Los Angeles, CA in 2008, 2 years after she graduated from college, where she trained in various martial arts disciplines such as muay thai, kung fu, kenpo, capoeira, boxing and weapons. Her specialties are double nunchaku and katana. For the past 3 years, she has been doing stuntwork incorporating martial arts and gymnastics and has engaged in parkour and tricking for film, TV, photoshoots and live shows. Anna is a well-rounded martial artist with a strong passion for fight choreography, stunts and tricking. Her favorite type of stunt is on-screen combat. She loves working on action projects.

Anna aspires to constantly push physical and creative boundaries to progress while also maintaining a deep respect for traditional martial arts. She currently resides in Los Angeles, CA and does stunts for television & film. When she is not training, Anna composes songs and plays the guitar in a rock band. [1]

Audition[]

Anna Ranoso's audition in Episode 701 consisted of twirling nunchucks while wearing a gorilla suit. Howard Stern buzzed the act. At least two judges voted "No", eliminating her from the competition.
