After the Show
Beach Avenue's frontman, Nick Fradiani, went on to compete on the 2015 season of American Idol. On May 13, 2015, Nick was announced as the season's winner. Coincidentally, the runner-up of that season, Clark Beckham, also originally competed in the ninth season of America's Got Talent. He received four "Yes" votes but did not return to compete in Judgment Week.
Of the known America's Got Talent contestants to also compete on American Idol, Nick Fradiani is the only one to have won the latter.
