Ben Hart is a magician and Gold Star Member of the Inner Magic Circle. He grew up in Winchester. In 2007 he was awarded the "Young Magician Of The Year" award by The Magic Circle. He is known for his work on British television and as an inventor and designer of magic tricks and illusions. He is a close-up and stage magician. [1]
Ben finished in third place in the 2019 season of Britain's Got Talent, and returned for it's The Champions version, where he was eliminated in the Preliminaries.
The Champions 2 Preliminary[]
Ben Hart's Preliminary performance in Episode TC203 consisted of performing a magic act inspired by Ben's travels in India, re-creating a ritual of rice turning into water. He did not receive enough votes from the Superfans to advance to the Semifinals, eliminating him from the competition along with Freckled Sky instead of Duo Destiny.
After The Show[]
In Winter 2020 Hart appeared upon the Britain's Got Talent Christmas Spectacular, and went on to perform a routine inspired by 'A Christmas Carol' wherein he had Ant & Dec sign a coin with the Number 2 prior to his performance beginning. He then began his performance by retelling the story of 'A Christmas Carol' whilst wearing a hat which he later removed, He then had the coin disappear before removing a whole egg from his mouth and spitting some milk into a glass. He then made a cake appear before revealing the coin to be in the cake.
In 2024, Ben reached the Semi-Finals of the 17th series of Britain's Got Talent alongside Colin Cloud, Aidan McCann, and The Haunting under the act name Magicians Assemble.
