Billy & Emily England were an extreme rollerblade duo act from Season 12 of America's Got Talent. They were eliminated in the Semifinals. Billy & Emily returned for America's Got Talent: The Champions. There, they were eliminated in the Preliminaries, finishing their night in second place.
Victor and Carmen Emilia Arata are a brother and sister duo from Birmingham, England but now living in Las Vegas, Nevada.  They have been roller-skating since they were six years old. Their mother got them roller skates to get them out of the house. When it was raining, their mother would take the furniture out of their kitchen so they could use it as a skating rink. They love the grace and elegance of roller skating. They also competed on Season 9 of Britain's Got Talent, where they were eliminated in the Semifinals.
In 2008, Emily was a contestant on Big Brother: Celebrity Hijack along with her brother Vittorio (known as Victor). She finished in second place. In 2010, Emily competed in Season 4 of Das Supertalent, where she was eliminated in the Semifinals.
As of now, they headline a show at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas.
Billy & Emily England's audition in Episode 1202 consisted of the duo skating and spinning on a small flat surface on the stage. While Billy would spin, he would hold onto Emily by the legs or waist as he spun her rapidly. Howie Mandel, Mel B, Heidi Klum, and Simon Cowell all voted "Yes," sending the duo to the Judge Cuts.
Billy & Emily England's Judge Cuts performance in Episode 1209 consisted of the duo skating and spinning on a small flat surface on the stage. The duo performed tricks such as Billy lifting Emily in the air and Emily holding onto Billy by his beard. The duo moved to Woodkid's "Run Boy Run". Howie Mandel, Mel B, guest judge Laverne Cox, Heidi Klum, and Simon Cowell all gave the duo standing ovations. The duo's performance was strong enough for the judges to send it to the Quarterfinals instead of Bello Nock and Jonathan Rinny.
Billy & Emily England's Week 1 Quarterfinals performance in Episode 1211 consisted of the duo skating and spinning on a small, rising flat surface on the stage to Imagine Dragons' "Believer". New tricks while spinning included Billy balancing Emily on the top of his head and Emily clasping her legs onto the back of Billy's neck. Howie Mandel, Mel B, Heidi Klum, and Simon Cowell all gave the duo standing ovations. Billy & Emily received enough votes to advance to the Semifinals in Episode 1212 instead of Bello Nock.
Billy & Emily England's Week 1 Semifinals performance in Episode 1217 consisted of the duo skating and spinning on a small flat surface on the stage to Imagine Dragons' "Warriors". New tricks included Billy holding on to Emily with one arm and Emily spinning while being held by a mouthpiece hanging around Billy's neck. At the end of the performance, Billy threw Emily off the stage to surprise the audience. Howie Mandel, Mel B, Heidi Klum, and Simon Cowell all gave the duo standing ovations. Billy & Emily did not receive enough votes to advance to the Finals in Episode 1218, eliminating them from the competition instead of Sara and Hero.
The Champions Preliminary
Billy & Emily England returned for The Champions. Their Preliminary performance in Episode TC03 consisted of performing a death-defying routine which included Emily swinging from Billy's beard. Howie Mandel , Mel B , Heidi Klum and Simon Cowell all gave them standing ovations. It was revealed that the superfans voted Billy & Emily into the top 3 along with Jon Dorenbos and Paul Potts. They received more votes than Jon, but fewer votes than Paul, eliminating the duo from the competition.
After the Show
Billy & Emily competed on Britain's Got Talent: The Champions.  They finished in 3rd place in week 4 of the Preliminaries behind fellow Champions contestant Preacher Lawson and recent BGT winner Colin Thackery.
