3. You just proved my point that this argument happens every season, because people said the EXACT same thing last year about the competition being rigged in favor of Courtney Hadwin...except Shin Lim won in the end and Courtney wasn't even in the Top 5. If Eric Chien doesn't win this year (and tbh I don't even think he should, I'm personally rooting for V.Unbeatable), it'll be because we already had Shin, who was the first of his kind, and I doubt America will want two very similar winners right after each other. And before anyone says "but a bunch of the winners were singers!!!!", at the very least they were all different types of singers that sang different genres. I'm not saying that Eric is a carbon copy of Shin, but he's similar enough that the comparison can definitely be made.

A girl whose talent is being a kid and crying, had NO ONE cheering for her when Terry said her name, and almost ALL of the comments on social media HATES her, got through.

And the best danger act (also the best act this week imo) on this show got lower votes than her.

I don't think she has got that big fanbase, and I agree with a comment on Instagram saying that AGT is trying to lose viewers.

America NEVER votes for danger acts, I can't think of a danger act that's been in the Top 5 in recent memory. It makes sense that Bir Khalsa went home, even if it sucks.

Also Jesus Christ people stop saying the show is rigged just because an act you like went home. This happens every single season

I don't say it's rigged because of who doesn't go through.

I say it's rigged because of who DOES go through.

and my next statement is....

The AGT Producers are trying to set up season 14 to be exactly like season 13 so either Charlotte Summers or Kodi Lee can beat out Eric Chien, It sounds crazy.... but just crazy enough to make sense.

1. Doesn't matter if it's who does or doesn't go through, the argument is the same.

2. If we're talking kid singers, Emanne Beasha has a much better chance of winning than Charlotte Summers does.

Likewise, if Kodi turns out to be the winner (which is very likely but not definite), it'll be because he's yet again the first of his kind, despite the fact that we've had so many singers. Having low-functioning autism makes it REALLY difficult to sing and comprehend music as well as he does, let alone play the piano without being able to see. You could argue that the producers hype up his story too much, but he's similar to Mandy Harvey in that his story is literally impossible to ignore because it directly affects his act.
