Chapel Hart was a vocal trio from Season 17 of America's Got Talent. They finished the competition in 5th place. They returned for America's Got Talent: Fantasy League, competing on Simon Cowell's team where they were eliminated in the Semifinals.
Background[]
Originally from Poplarville, Mississippi, the trio, made up of sisters Danica and Devynn Hart and their cousin Trea Swindle, is based in New Orleans. They have released two independent studio albums, and in 2021 CMT named them one of the network's "Next Women of Country".
Audition[]
Chapel Hart's audition in Episode 1707 consisted of singing their original song "You Can Have Him, Jolene". Knocked out by their performance, all the judges plus host Terry Crews hit the Golden Buzzer, sending them directly to the Semifinals.
Semifinals[]
Chapel Hart's Semifinals performance in Episode 1712 consisted of singing their original song "The Girls are Back In Town". Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, Sofia Vergara and Simon Cowell all gave them standing ovations. They received enough votes to enter the Top 5 of the night in Episode 1713 instead of The Pack Drumline, and the Top 3 instead of Duo Rings and The Brown Brothers. They advanced to the Finals along with Yu Hojin instead of Maddie.
Finals[]
Chapel Hart's Finals performance in Episode 1720 consisted of singing their original song "American Pride". Simon Cowell gave them a standing ovation.
Finale[]
For the finale in Episode 1721, Chapel Hart sang Bonnie Raitt's "Something to Talk About" with Darius Rucker. They received enough votes to enter the Top 5 instead of Sara James and Avery Dixon. They finished in 5th place behind Mayyas, Kristy Sellars, Drake Milligan and Metaphysic.
After the Show[]
The girls released their debut album "Glory Days" in May 2023. They returned to AGT as guest performers in Episode 1815 to perform their new single "Fam Damily".

Chapel Hart's preliminary performance in Episode FL03 consisted of singing an encore of "American Pride" from the Season 17 final. Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, Mel B and Simon Cowell all gave them standing ovations. They received enough votes to advance to the Semifinals along with Loren Allred instead of Ichikawa Koikuchi.
Fantasy League Semifinals[]
Chapel Hart's Semifinal performance in Episode FL06 consisted of singing their original song "This Girl Likes Fords". Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, Mel B and Simon Cowell all gave them standing ovations. They did not receive enough votes to enter the top 3 of the night, eliminating them from the competition.
Fantasy League Finale[]
The group returned as a guest performer in Episode FL08 where they performed “You Can Have Him Jolene”, with their performance introduced by Drake Milligan after he had previously performed “What I Couldn’t Forget”.

- Chapel Hart and Yu Hojin are the first finalists from the 7th audition episode since Benton Blount in Season 10.
- Chapel Hart is the first trio act to receive a Golden Buzzer as well as advance to the finals.
- Chapel Hart is the second act to receive the group Golden Buzzer on the main series.
- They are the third act to eliminate two Golden Buzzer acts in the same results group (following Michael Ketterer and Daneliya Tuleshova), but the first to achieve this in the Finals.
- They are the highest-placing group Golden Buzzer act.
