Darrell is from Brooklyn. He appeared on an episode of HBO's High Maintenance and designed the winning headpiece worn by Yvie Oddly during the 11th season finale of RuPaul's Drag Race.

Audition[]

Darrell Thorne's audition in Episode 1606 consisted of lip-syncing to "Don't Go Breaking My Heart" by Elton John and Kiki Dee dressed as both a man and a woman. Simon buzzed the act. Although, Simon voted "No". Heidi, Howie & Sofia voted "Yes", sending him to the next round.
