Duo MainTenanT were an acrobat duo from Season 14 of America's Got Talent. They were eliminated in the Judge Cuts.
Background[]
Duo MainTenant is comprised of Ludivine Furnon, a French former Olympic gymnast that competed in the 1996 and 2000 Summer Olympics, and her husband Nicolas Besnard. In 2010, the duo went on the 5th season of France's Got Talent, were they placed 6th.
Audition[]
Duo MainTenanT's audition in Episode 1406 consisted of performing an acrobatic dance routine involving feats including Ludivine balancing on Nicolas' forehead with one hand. Howie Mandel, Gabrielle Union, Julianne Hough, and Simon Cowell all voted "yes," sending Duo MainTenanT to the Judge Cuts.
Judge Cuts[]
Duo MainTenanT's Judge Cuts performance in Episode 1409 consisted of performing an acrobatic dance routine incorporating hand balancing. Their performance was not strong enough to advance to the Quarterfinals eliminating them from the competition along with Andrei & Alexander and Edson & Leon.
After The Show[]
Later in 2019 Duo MainTenanT appeared on the sixth season of the Italian competition series Tu Si Que Vales [1]
In 2020 Duo MainTenanT competed upon the fifteenth season of ''La France a un incroyable talent: La Bataille du Jury'', wherein they reached the Final and concluded the competition in the Bottom 3.
In 2023, Duo MainTenanT auditioned for Spain's Got Talent: All-Stars but did not advance to the final.
