The twelfth episode of Season 1, and the twelfth episode of America's Got Talent overall, aired on August 9, 2006. It was the last of five Semifinals performance episodes and took place in Hollywood. 10 acts, each of which had been eliminated in previous weeks, performed for the final two spots in the Season 1 Finals.

The four acts that finished in the Top 2 for the past four weeks were automatically given slots in this Wild Card episode. The six other acts were chosen by the three judges, each bringing back two acts.

All That was chosen by the judges to participate in the Finals without being voted on by America, while the rest of the acts awaited the voting results the next day.
