The twenty-first episode of Season 18, and the four hundred and twenty-ninth episode of America's Got Talent overall, aired on September 27, 2023. It was the Finals results episode and the season finale. It took place at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium.

Adrian Stoica and Hurricane was revealed to be the winner of Season 18 of America's Got Talent, one million dollars and the headlining of a show on the Las Vegas strip. Anna DeGuzman and Murmuration finished as first runner-up and second runner-up, respectively.
