The twenty-sixth episode of Season 4, and the seventy-third episode of America's Got Talent overall, aired on September 16, 2009. It was the Finals results episode and the Finale. It took place in Hollywood.


Kevin Skinner was revealed to be the winner of Season 4 of America's Got Talent, one million dollars, and the headlining of a show on the Las Vegas Strip.


Barbara Padilla, Recycled Percussion, The Texas Tenors, and The Voices of Glory finished as first runner-up, second runner-up, third runner-up, and fourth runner-up respectively.

Audition All Stars[]

The "Audition All Stars" of Season 4 consisted of 11 acts eliminated early in the competition who were considered either "fan favorites" or "memorable" acts. They performed McFadden & Whitehead's "Ain't No Stoppin' Us Now" together in the Finale. Only two of the acts had progressed to the Vegas Round before being eliminated.
