Brett Loudermilk was a sword swallower from Season 15 of America's Got Talent. He was eliminated in the Semifinals. He returned for America's Got Talent: All-Stars where he was eliminated in the Preliminaries.

Brett comes from a family of dreamers and has come to America's Got Talent to pursue his dream of having his own show in Las Vegas.
Brett appeared on Penn & Teller: Fool Us in 2016. He did not fool the duo.
Audition[]
Brett Loudermilk's audition in Episode 1504 consisted of swallowing various swords with all 3 judges pulling it out. Heidi Klum was not present for it, but Howie Mandel, Sofia Vergara, and Simon Cowell voted "Yes", sending him to the next round.

Quarterfinals[]
Brett Loudermilk's Quarterfinals performance in Episode 1509 consisted of performing a routine assisted by Heidi and Sofia. Heidi chose and signed a card in a deck, with Sofia shooting a crossbow across the stage at the deck in Brett's mouth. The crossbow broke, and Brett swallowed one of the arrows, pulling Heidi's card from his throat. Howie Mandel gave him a standing ovation. Brett finished in 4th, 5th or 6th place in America's Vote. In the Dunkin' Save, he received more online votes than Feng E and Double Dragon, advancing to the Semifinals in Episode 1510.
Semifinals[]
Brett Loudermilk's Semifinals performance in Episode 1519 consisted of performing a routine assisted by Howie based on a theme of objects commonly swallowed by children. Using an endoscopic camera, it correctly identified an object Sofia chose from a photo, which Brett regurgitated. Brett did not receive enough votes to advance to the Finals in Episode 1520, eliminating him from the competition along with Jonathan Goodwin instead of Bello Sisters.
All-Stars Preliminary[]
Brett Loudermilk's Preliminary performance in Episode AS06 consisted of swallowing and regurgitating a balloon as well as swallowing a giant marker with Heidi and Terry's help. Simon Cowell buzzed the act. He did not receive enough votes from the Superfans to enter the Top 3 of the night, eliminating him from the competition.

- Brett is the first sword swallower act in the show's history to advance past the Quarterfinals.
- In Brett's Quarterfinal episode, he was the only non-singing act to progress to the Semifinals.
- Brett is he first act to have a judge press their buzzer during his performance, have it retracted and then pressed again during the performance.
