World Taekwondo Demonstration Team was a martial arts group from Season 16 of America's Got Talent. They finished in the Bottom 5 of the Top 10. They returned for America's Got Talent: All-Stars where they were eliminated in the Preliminaries.
Background[]
Demonstration team of the World Taekwondo was established in 2009 and has been playing a leading role in the promotion of Taekwondo across the world by displaying Taekwondo techniques to the public mainly at the official ceremonies of the sporting events such as Olympic Games, Youth Olympic Games, Universidad as well as WT Promoted or Recognized Championships.
WT Demonstration Team performed also at the special occasions and places like the Vatican City, United Nations headquarters and IOC Museum to deliver a message of peace through Taekwondo as WT's motto of 'Peace is more precious than Triumph'.
WT Demonstration Team’s mission is not limited to promoting Taekwondo but also extended to the contributions to the world peace through the beloved sport, Taekwondo.
In 2020, they auditioned for Italy's Got Talent, where they received the Golden Buzzer from judge Mara Maionchi and advanced to the finals.

World Taekwondo Demonstration Team's audition in Episode 1603 consisted of performing a taekwondo routine. Impressed by their performance, Terry Crews pressed the Golden Buzzer sending them directly to the Quarterfinals.
Quarterfinals[]
World Taekwondo Demonstration Team's Quarterfinals performance in Episode 1613 consisted of performing a taekwondo routine complete with flags and synchronized moves. Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, Sofia Vergara and Simon Cowell all gave them standing ovations. They received enough votes to advance to the Semifinals in Episode 1614 along with Brooke Simpson instead of Anica.
Semifinals[]
World Taekwondo Demonstration Team's Semifinals performance in Episode 1615 consisted of performing an acrobatic taekwondo routine including tricks where members were fully blindfolded. Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, Sofia Vergara and Simon Cowell all gave them standing ovations. The group finished in 4th, 5th or 6th place in America's Vote. In the Instant Save, they received fewer online votes than Jimmie Herrod. In the Judges' Choice, Heidi Klum, Sofia Vergara and Simon Cowell unanimously voted for them, advancing to the Finals in Episode 1616 instead of Michael Winslow (Howie Mandel's vote was not needed).
Finals[]
World Taekwondo Demonstration Team's Finals performance in Episode 1619 consisted of performing an acrobatic taekwondo routine including breaking boards while in midair. Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, Sofia Vergara and Simon Cowell all gave them standing ovations.
Finale[]
For the finale in Episode 1620, World Taekwondo Demonstration Team performed a mash-up routine with Aidan Bryant, Jordan Chiles and MyKayla Skinner. They did not receive enough votes to advance to the Top 5, eliminating them from the competition instead of Aidan Bryant.
All-Stars Preliminary[]
World Taekwondo Demonstration Team's Preliminary performance in Episode AS05 consisted of performing an acrobatic taekwondo routine. Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum and Simon Cowell all gave them standing ovations. They did not receive enough votes from the Superfans to enter the Top 3 of the night, eliminating them from the competition.
After The Show[]
World Taekwondo Demonstration Team auditioned for France's Got Talent later in 2021 in which they received a Golden Buzzer from judge Hélène Segara and were finalists. [1]

- World Taekwondo Demonstration Team is among a group of acts that received a Golden Buzzer on both AGT and an international version of the Got Talent franchise.
- They are the fourth known worldwide act to receive three Golden Buzzers.
- They are the first martial arts act to advance to the live shows since Kung Fu Heroes in Season 5, and the first to reach the final.
- They are also the third consecutive group act that Terry Crews has given his Golden Buzzer to since taking over as host in Season 14.
