The Footworks Fitness system, created by fitness personality Sheldon Wesley, who is from San Francisco, California, nearly 25 years ago, continues to dazzle audiences and students with innovative developments.
This heart pumping form of exercise is comprised of 7 levels combining elements of dance and step aerobics. Levels 1 through 5 are taught in group or private sessions and levels 6 & 7 are for performance only. Footworks Level 1 and 2 classes are currently offered at Equinox Fitness Club in San Mateo and Palo Alto, California.
For performance level Footworks, Sheldon is joined by Alexandra Stratigos, his dance partner of 15 years. Alexandra is also from San Francisco. 1
Audition[]
Footworks Fitness's audition in Episode 405 consisted of the duo using a step board as a drum by dancing on it rhythmically. Piers Morgan, Sharon Osbourne, and David Hasselhoff all buzzed the act. All three judges voted "No", eliminating the duo from the competition.
