Passionate about circus arts from a very young age, Herwan Legaillard, 33, from France, has been performing around the world as an aerialist. From theme parks and prestigious events to cruise ships and cabarets, he’s happy to perform wherever there’s a stage. He has found himself in sideshow and burlesque acts throughout the years and also discovered a talent as a sword swallower, which he then incorporated into his act. His daring act combines acrobatic and aerial skills with his arsenal of swords, delivering an eye-popping performance. The AGT judges were impressed with his talent mash-up and look forward to seeing what he does next in the competition.

Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, Sofia Vergara and Simon Cowell all gave him standing ovations. He did not receive enough votes to enter the top 5 of the night in Episode 1815, eliminating him from the competition instead of Mzansi Youth Choir.

Herwan was nominated by Heidi Klum for the Instant Save Wild Card vote, but did not receive enough votes to return as the 11th finalist.
