JC Starbright was a singer and guitarist from Season 8 of America's Got Talent. He was eliminated in the audition round.

Background[]

JC Starbright works as a computer programmer during the day, but he practices music as JC Starbright during the night. He claimed that he aspires to be the next Lady GaGa. Howie Mandel called him "Lady GuyGuy".

Audition[]

JC Starbright's audition in Episode 802 consisted of singing "You Make Me Wanna Dance", an original song he composed, while strumming the electric guitar. Howard Stern, Heidi Klum, Mel B, and Howie Mandel all buzzed the act. All four judges voted "No", eliminating JC from the competition. After the performance, Nick Cannon joined JC on the stage for an "encore".

After the Show[]

JC Starbright was spotted in a backstage segment during the premiere of Season 11, meaning he probably auditioned again that year. If he had indeed auditioned, however, it was not televised.
