Audition[]

John Mitchell's audition in Episode 203 consisted of a baton twirling and juggling performance. Piers Morgan buzzed the act. Nevertheless, Piers and David Hasselhoff both voted "Yes", sending John to the Vegas Round.

Vegas Round[]

John Mitchell was sorted into the "Variety" category during the Vegas Round. His performance in Episode 205 consisted of a baton twirling routine, this time with the batons on fire, and at one point John juggled three flaming batons. Piers Morgan called him the "most improved act" from the auditions. Despite the positive comments, his audition was not strong enough for the judges to send him to the Vegas Round shortlist, eliminating him from the competition along with The Magic of Eli Kerr and Hollywood Steppers
