Background[]

Kadie Lynn Roberson was born on September 29, 2003. Her adoptive parents knew early on, when at the age of 3, she stood for the first time before her Church and sang four verses from memory of "Amazing Grace," that they had something very special in Kadie Lynn. The next nine years had been nothing short of amazing blaze, singing for the Prime Minister of the Bahamas, opening for Vanilla Ice and Texas Country Artist Kevin Fowler, and winning “Female Vocalist of the Year” in the East Texas ETX Annual Music Awards. She has also been featured on The Outdoorsman's Art Radio Show with Blake Alma.

Now, she continues to wow audiences all over North Texas, her parents driving her between 200,000 and 300,000 miles a year, just to keep up with the demand on her talent. As a young writer, composer, guitarist, and an artist, Kadie Lynn is always growing, maturing, learning, and stretching to reach new heights, and has taken her 1st original single and video, “Stronger” to studio, completed and ready for release in early 2016. Audition[]

Kadie Lynn Roberson's audition in Episode 1103 consisted of singing Merle Haggard's "Twinkle, Twinkle Lucky Star" while playing the guitar. Howie Mandel, Mel B, Heidi Klum, and Simon Cowell all voted "Yes," sending Kadie to the Judge Cuts.

Judge Cuts[]

Kadie Lynn Roberson's Judge Cuts performance in Episode 1108 consisted of singing Miranda Lambert's "Mama's Broken Heart" while playing the guitar. Kadie Lynn's performance was strong enough for the judges to send her to the Quarterfinals instead of Skylar Katz.

Quarterfinals[]

Kadie Lynn's Week 2 Quarterfinals performance in Episode 1113 consisted of singing Maren Morris' "My Church" while playing the guitar. Kadie Lynn finished in sixth, seventh, or eighth place in America's Vote. In the Dunkin' Save, she received fewer online votes than Sal Valentinetti. In the Judges' Choice, although Howie Mandel and Mel B did not vote for her, Heidi Klum and Simon Cowell did, forcing a tiebreaker; whichever act had received more votes from America would progress. Kadie Lynn received more votes than ThroWings, sending her to the Semifinals in Episode 1114.

Semifinals[]

Kadie Lynn's Week 2 Semifinals performance in Episode 1119 consisted of singing Lee Ann Womack's "I Hope You Dance" while playing the guitar.  Kadie Lynn did not receive enough votes to be sent to the Finals in Episode 1120, eliminating her from the competition along with Calysta Bevier, instead of Brian Justin Crum.
