Leroy Patterson was a pain junkie act from Season 10 of America's Got Talent. He was eliminated in the Judge Cuts.

Background

Leroy Patterson has been an Editor for FOX ADHD, Pro Wrestler for Freakshow Wrestling, and Former Videogame Tester from Downey, California. [1]

He has a very high pain tolerance. He was eight or nine years old when he climbed a jungle gym, jumped off, and landed without feeling any pain. Ever since then, he has been doing crazy stunts like jumping on cars, being thrown off of roofs, or slamming into various things. He once dislocated his jaw but let it fix itself.

Audition

Leroy Patterson's audition in Episode 1003 consisted of laying 5000 thumbtacks onto the floor. He then dropped himself onto the tacks both back first and front first. He also hit the tacks with his forehead and with his fists. He performed to Pat Benatar's "Hit Me With Your Best Shot." Although Heidi Klum voted "No," Howard SternMel B, and Howie Mandel all voted "Yes," sending Leroy to the Judge Cuts round.

Judge Cuts

Leroy Patterson's Judge Cuts performance in Episode 1011 consisted of dropping himself onto the mousetraps on the group both back first and front first. Howard Stern and Heidi Klum buzzed the act (Piers actually pressed Heidi's buzzer). Leroy's performance was not strong enough for the judges to send him to the Quarterfinals, eliminating him from the competition along with Aaron Smyth and Kacey Jones.
