Lil Countrie and Page 1ne were a dance duo from Season 3 of America's Got Talent. They were eliminated in the Vegas Round, but were called back again as a Wild Card in Hollywood. However, they were eliminated again when they did not receive enough votes to enter the Quarterfinals.
Background[]
Lil Countrie and Page 1ne are survivors of Hurricane Katrina. Their performing together helped both themselves and the people of New Orleans temporarily forget their worries. Their inspiration is Page 1ne's wheelchair-ridden uncle, who was at home with three young nieces & nephews when the hurricane caused floods in his house. When the emergency responders arrived, Page 1ne's uncle sacrificed himself by locking himself in his room so rescuers couldn't get him out, so that they would put priority on the children's safety.
Audition[]
Lil Countrie and Page 1ne's audition in Episode 302 consisted of dancing and performing acrobatic feats such as balancing on one's head and multiple backflips to "Di Daa Daa." Piers Morgan, Sharon Osbourne, and David Hasselhoff all voted "Yes", sending the duo to the Vegas Round.
Vegas Round[]
Lil Countrie and Page 1ne was one of the Variety Acts in the Vegas Round. The duo's performance in Episode 308 was not fully televised, but it consisted of tumbling with backflips and wormlike movements. The duo's audition was strong enough for the judges to include it in the Top 60 shortlist, but it was not sent to the Top 40 Quarterfinals, eliminating it from the competition in Episode 309.
Wild Card[]
Lil Countrie and Page 1ne was one of eight acts eligible for the Wild Card spot in the Quarterfinals left by the Russian Bar Trio, who was forced to withdraw due to a serious injury. Unfortunately, Lil Countrie and Page 1ne did not receive enough votes from America to be sent to the Quarterfinals, eliminating the duo from the competition again in Episode 310.
