Madilyn finished in 6th, 7th or 8th place in America's Vote. In the AGT Save, she received fewer online votes than Kabir Singh. In the Judges' Choice, Heidi Klum and Sofia Vergara didn't vote for her but Howie Mandel and Simon Cowell did, forcing a tiebreaker; whichever act had received more votes from America would progress. She received more votes than Beyond Belief Dance Company, advancing to the Semifinals in Episode 1610.

Semifinals

Madilyn Bailey's Semifinals performance in Episode 1615 consisted of playing the piano and singing her original song "Red Ribbon" as a tribute to her late grandmother. Madilyn did not receive enough votes to advance to the Finals in Episode 1616, eliminating her from the competition along with Korean Soul instead of Aidan Bryant.
