Mike E. Winfield's Semifinals performance in Episode 1716 consisted of performing a stand-up comedy routine. Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, Sofia Vergara and Simon Cowell all gave him standing ovations. He received enough votes to enter the Top 5 of the night in Episode 1717 instead of Lee Collinson, and the Top 3 instead of Merissa Beddows and Jack Williams. He advanced to the Finals along with Metaphysic instead of Lily Meola.

Finals[]

Mike E. Winfield's Finals performance in Episode 1720 consisted of performing a stand-up comedy routine about how being on the show changed his life, how he hates windy days, questions about "Step-Man" and jokes about children. Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, Sofia Vergara and Simon Cowell all gave him standing ovations.

Finale[]

For the finale in Episode 1721, Mike E. Winfield presented "The Roast of Simon Cowell" with help from eliminated Season 17 comedians Don McMillan, Mr. Pants, Lace Larrabee and comedian Jeff Ross (aka "The Roastmaster General"). At the end, Metaphysic used deep-fake Simon to praise the real Simon (voiced by Gabe Brown of The Brown Brothers). He did not receive enough votes to enter the Top 5, eliminating him from the competition instead of Drake Milligan.

All-Stars Preliminary[]

Mike E. Winfield's Preliminary performance in Episode AS03 performing a stand-up routine about his stepson's unusual behavior, how fame has affected him, and being a little-league softball coach. Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum and Simon Cowell all gave him standing ovations. Impressed with his performance as well as his determination to succeed, Simon hit the Golden Buzzer, sending him directly to the Final.

All-Stars Final[]

Mike E. Winfield's Finals performance in Episode AS07 consisted of performing a stand-up routine about how his friends wouldn't date people with kids, bonding with "Step-Man" and his parenting flow. Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum and Simon Cowell all gave him standing ovations.

All-Stars Finale[]

In the Episode AS08 finale, Mike starred in a sketch about he wanted to take over Terry's job as host in case he didn't win All-Stars. He did not receive enough votes from the Superfans to enter the Top 5, eliminating him from the competition instead of Avery Dixon.

  • Mike was the only comedian to reach the finals in Season 17.
  • He is the first stand up comedian to receive the Golden Buzzer since Drew Lynch in Season 10. He was later followed by Learnmore Jonasi.
  • He is the third comedian to receive a Golden Buzzer from Simon, following Kojo and Axel Blake in series 13 and 15 (respectively) of Britain's Got Talent.
  • Taking spin-offs into account, Mike is only the third non-music act to receive Simon's Golden Buzzer on AGT (following Boogie Storm in Champions 2 and W.A.F.F.L.E. Crew in Season 15).
