Mosaic was an a cappella group from Season 4 of America's Got Talent. They were eliminated in the Quarterfinals.

Background[]

Mosaic is an a cappella group consisting of members Roopak Ahuja, Heath Burgett, Corwyn Hodge, Josh Huslig, and Jake Moulton. Every sound one hears is being produced by the human voice - from the guitar riffs and drum fills to the groovy bass lines. For over six years, MO5AIC has shared the stage with the likes of Jay Leno, the Pussycat Dolls, Stevie Wonder and Prince, as well as having its members featured on numerous nationally televised programs such as NBC's "The Sing Off", ESPN's Monday Night Football, The Academy Awards, and The Grammys. After being crowned CBS's "Next Great A Cappella Group" by Boyz II Men and winning the title of MTV's "Top Pop Group", MO5AIC has been taking the country by storm. [1]

Audition[]

Mosaic's audition in Episode 410 consisted of singing Earth, Wind & Fire’s "Shining Star." Sharon Osbourne and at least one other judge voted "Yes", sending the group to the Vegas Round.

Vegas Round[]

Mosaic appeared without performing in the Vegas Round. The group's audition was strong enough for the judges to send it to the Quarterfinals in Episode 411.

Quarterfinals[]

Mosaic's Week 1 Quarterfinals performance in Episode 413 consisted of singing Stevie Wonder's "Supersticion" as a group. Mosaic did not receive enough votes to be sent to the Semifinals, eliminating it from the competition in Episode 414 instead of Kevin Skinner.
