Music Makes the World Go Round was an accordion duo act from Season 3 of America's Got Talent. It was eliminated in the audition round.

Background

Dan and Kim Christian have both been teaching the accordion for over 30 years. Seven of their previous students have received full music scholarships to the prestigious Lamont School of Music at Denver University.

Dan and Kim met while Dan was taking lessons from Kim's father Mike Aman at the Young Musicians of America (YMA) music school. Dan has known Kim since she was 5 years old and they have literally grown up together performing and teaching the accordion, and through the YMA school run by Mike and Alice Aman, they have performed in Disneyland, Disney World, Mexico and Canada.

Dan and Kim are known throughout the country for their 'up to date' arrangements of popular music styles that covers just about any style of music from classical to jazz and everything in between. 1

Audition

Music Makes the World Go Round's audition in Episode 305 consisted of the members of the duo playing their accordions together. Piers Morgan, Sharon Osbourne and David Hasselhoff all buzzed the act. At least two judges voted "No", eliminating the duo from the competition.
