Audition[]

Nick Uhas' audition in Episode 1202 consisted of first giving the judges balloons with sulphur hexafluoride gas and having them breathing it in; they subsequently had noticeably lower voices. Next, he had Howie Mandel and Mel B created a chemical reaction with a hydrogen peroxide solution and a catalyst, potassium iodide. Finally he had Howie pour water into liquid nitrogen, creating a large cloud of smoke that enveloped the stage. Howie, Mel B, Heidi Klum, and Simon Cowell all voted "Yes," sending Nick to the Judge Cuts.

Judge Cuts[]

Nick Uhas' Judge Cuts performance in Episode 1210 consisted of showing Howie Mandel a balloon filled with pure methane and then lighting bubbles on Howie's hand on fire, along with two additional unaired experiments. Simon Cowell buzzed the act. Nick's performance was not strong enough for the judges to send him to the Quarterfinals, eliminating him from the competition along with Lost Legends and Veronica Gonzalez.
