Rob Potylo was a comedy singer from Season 18 of America's Got Talent. He was eliminated in the auditions round.
Background[]
Rob grew up outside of Boston and often performs as his alter-ego "Robby Roadsteamer". He appeared on the first season of the ABC revival of The Gong Show, just surviving his performance despite a late gonging attempt by the judges in his episode.
Audition[]
Rob Potylo's audition in Episode 1808 consisted of singing a song about soy milk while playing the guitar. Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, Sofia Vergara and Simon Cowell all buzzed the act. Although Simon in the end voted "Yes", Howie, Heidi and Sofia all voted "No", eliminating him from the competition.
