Robert Drlicka was a complimenter from Season 11 of America's Got Talent. He was eliminated in the audition round.

Background[]

Robert Drlicka has become very committed to giving compliments. His natural instinct tells him to look for something great about each person he meets and focus on each person's uniqueness.

Robert first gave compliments in a public place back in Ashville, North Carolina in 2011 using an amplifier. He originally was performing stand up comedy than suddenly started giving fun sincere compliments. It was a blast of fun. He was approached by a police officer that kindly asked if he could turn the amp down a few notches, which Robert did. Robert continued for many hours during a brisk fall afternoon.

Some time had passed before he’d realize he’d be changing into a full time compliment guy. Changes have been made as he has now adapted a "fun" costume sporting his original one-of-a-kind mirror hat. He has also built a megaphone cart to roll around and give compliments.

Robert has had people ask him how much for a compliment?  “All compliments are free,” Robert says. People ask him back, Why do you do this? “I do it for the smiles” Robert replies. [1]

Audition[]

Robert Drlicka's audition in Episode 1104 consisted of giving compliments to the audience and each of the four judges. Unfortunately for Robert, Howie Mandel, Mel B, Heidi Klum, and Simon Cowell all buzzed him after receiving their compliments. All four judges voted "No", eliminating Robert from the competition.
