Ryan Beard was a comedy singer and pianist from Season 11 of America's Got Talent. He was eliminated in the Judge Cuts. Ryan returned for Season 15 where he was eliminated in the auditions.

Background[]

Ryan Beard, who is from Kansas City, Kansas, was homeschooled by his parents. He did not actually take his Mom to his prom; he attended a homeschooled prom with a girl his age. He participated in musical theater all throughout Kansas City and is the founder of Close Shave Productions. A company that produces plays and musical productions. [1]

Season 11 Audition[]

Ryan Beard's audition in Episode 1105 consisted of singing his original comedic song "Ladies' Man" while playing the piano. Howie Mandel, Mel B, Heidi Klum, and Simon Cowell all voted "Yes," sending Ryan to the Judge Cuts.

Season 11 Judge Cuts[]

Ryan Beard's Judge Cuts performance in Episode 1109 consisted of performing another original song while playing the piano about wanting to meet a nice girl. Simon Cowell buzzed the act. Ryan's performance was not strong enough for the judges to send him to the Quarterfinals, eliminating him from the competition along with Sam Morril, instead of Tape Face.

Season 15 Audition[]

Ryan Beard auditioned again in Season 15 with his audition not being televised in an audition episode but in the “Countdown to the finale” special leading up to Episode 1522. He sung a song about his love for Simon Cowell. In the broadcast it showed that Heidi Klum buzzed the act, Howie Mandel and Sofia Vergara also buzzed but it was not shown. Although Simon voted "Yes", Sofia, Heidi and Howie voted "No", eliminating him from the competition.
