The Quarterfinals of Season 5 of America's Got Talent took place from July 13, 2010 to August 18, 2010, in Hollywood. A total of 65 acts participated. 24 acts proceeded to the Semifinals, and 41 acts were eliminated.

  • Because Twisted Trystan & Krystan withdrew from the competition before the Quarterfinals, Nick Pike was given their spot even though he had been eliminated in the Vegas Round.
  • Italics indicate that the act was either chosen to move on or eliminated in the Judges' Choice, which means they finished in either fourth or fifth in America's Vote.
  • Strikethroughs indicate that the act was picked to return for the Wild Card Show.
