The Vegas Round of Season 7 of America's Got Talent took place from June 25, 2012 to June 27, 2012, in Las Vegas. A total of 97 acts were shown to audition. 48 acts proceeded to the Quarterfinals, and 49 acts were eliminated.

Process
All of the Top 100 acts were taken into a hall where Howard Stern told them that they would be going back into the holding room to look for their name(s) on one of the three boards, labeled in twelve categories of "Judge's Favorites" and twelve categories of "Stand-Bys". If their name was one of the six acts/groups whose name was nowhere then they would be taken onto the stage.
