Sophia Lucia was a dancer act from Season 8 of America's Got Talent. She was likely eliminated in the Vegas Round.
Background
Sophia Lucia is a dancer at San Diego Dance Centre, born on September 7th, 2002. She is home schooled. Sophia has appeared on Dance Moms, Dancing with the Stars, Shake It Up, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and So You Think You Can Dance: Ukraine. She has appeared in two Old Navy Commercials and a 2011 Party City commercial. She was featured in Fox Legacy's Shirley Temple. Sophia has also modeled for Discount Dance Supply and is collaborating with California Kisses to release her own dancewear line.She also has been to Australia.
On March 30th, 2013, Sophia was filmed performing fifty-five consecutive pirouettes, and presented with a certificate from the Guinness Book of World Records in surpassing the previous mark of thirty-six (her personal record is now 60). 1
Audition
Sophia Lucia's audition in Episode 804 consisted of performing multiple pirouettes one-after-the-other, at one point raising her leg to her head during a spin. Howard Stern, Howie Mandel, and at least one other judge voted "Yes," sending Sophia to the Vegas Round.
Vegas Round
It is unknown whether or not Sophia Lucia was present during the Vegas Round as she was never seen, but even if she was, she did not advance to the Quarterfinals.
