== Purpose ==

Takes a picture that is in a 4:3 ratio, shrinks it down to 120px wide by 90px high and overlays a border and a link onto the picture. The entire picture then becomes a link to the "articlename".

If the picture is not in this aspect ratio, then it will not fill the portal box completely.
