The Body Poets was a dance group from Season 6 of America's Got Talent. They were eliminated in the Vegas Round.
Background[]
Before finally being televised on Season 6, The Body Poets competed twice before on America's Got Talent, on Season 3 and Season 5. Both of their auditions prior to Season 6 were untelevised, but they did not make it to Vegas either time.
Audition[]
The Body Poets's audition in Episode 601 consisted of dancing and "manipulating light beams" in the dark. Piers Morgan, Sharon Osbourne, and Howie Mandel all voted "Yes," sending it to the Vegas Round.
Vegas Round[]
The Body Poets were one of the Standby Acts in the Vegas Round. They were sorted into the "Dance Acts" category. Their Vegas performance in Episode 612 was never televised, but their audition was not strong enough for the judges to send them to the Quarterfinals, eliminating them from the competition.

In 2014, the group competed on the 1st Season of TruTv's Fake Off where they made it all the way to the finale where they placed 3rd overall.
