The Magic of Puck was a magician from Season 7 of America's Got Talent. He was eliminated in the Semifinals.

Background[]

The Magic of Puck is a stage magician from New York. A full time entertainer, Puck has been conducting magic for over 40 years and has performed on cruise ships and at corporate events. He currently resides in Saint Cloud, Florida with his wife and three children. 1

Audition[]

Puck submitted his audition onto YouTube. Although the audition was neither viewable nor votable on the AGT YouTube Channel, his audition was strong enough for the judges to send him to the Quarterfinals along with eleven other YouTube Acts.

Quarterfinals[]

Puck's Quarterfinals performance in Episode 722 consisted of creating the illusion of a flaming string becoming a rag and then the rag dancing around Puck's body and escaping from a glass container while seeming to float in the air. He received enough votes to be sent to the Semifinals in Episode 723 instead of Eric Buss and Melinda Hill.

Semifinals[]

Puck's Semifinals performance in Episode 728 consisted of creating the illusion of an assistant levitating with a cloth covering her entire body, the woman disappearing in thin air, and then re-appearing out of a box on the ground. The assistant had a hankerchief signed by Howard Stern wrapped around her wrist during the entire performance. Puck did not receive enough votes to place in the Top 4 that night, eliminating him from the competition in Episode 729 along with Tim Hockenberry, instead of The Untouchables.

After the Show[]

Puck has worked with Season 6 contestant Scott Alexander to create and sell products for magicians such as a "Hanky Panky" and needles. 2 They also appeared on Season 2 of Penn & Teller: Fool Us, but did not fool the duo. He returned solo on Penn & Teller: Fool Us in Season 9 but also did not fool the duo.
