The five members of the group call themselves "the gayest boy band in the world". They met at a show choir camp where they came out to each other and pledged to form a band when they all turned 21.
Audition[]
The Other Direction's audition in Episode 1604 consisted of singing an original song called "Girl, Ur The Best". All 4 judges voted "Yes", sending them to the next round.
Deliberations[]
The Other Direction's card was seen at deliberations but the judges did not select them to advance to the quarterfinals, eliminating them from the competition.
