Tom Ball's Preliminary performance in Episode AS05 consisted of singing Simon and Garfunkel's "The Sound of Silence". Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum and Simon Cowell all gave him standing ovations. Absolutely impressed with his performance, all the judges and Terry hit the Golden Buzzer together, sending him directly to the Final.
All-Stars Final[]
Tom Ball's Finals performance in Episode AS07 consisted of singing a ballad version of Radiohead's "Creep". Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum and Simon Cowell all gave him standing ovations.
All-Stars Finale[]
In the Episode AS08 finale, Tom sang Queen's "Who Wants To Live Forever" with Voices of Hope Children's Choir. He did not receive enough votes from the Superfans to enter the Top 5, eliminating him from the competition along with Kodi Lee instead of Ana Maria Mărgean.

Also in 2023, Tom Ball auditioned for Spain's Got Talent: All-Stars but did not advance to the Final.
During the 16th series of Britain's Got Talent, he was revealed to be the voice of animated singing cat "Noodle". However, the act failed to advance from the 4th semifinal.
