Udi Abagnale sings all around Los Angeles and is a self-proclaimed karaoke legend. Four years prior to his America's Got Talent audition, he auditioned for American Idol but did not progress past the first judges' audition.
Udi Abagnale's audition in Episode 601 consisted of singing "Hot Hot Hot" with two backup dancers. Piers Morgan, Sharon Osbourne, and Howie Mandel all buzzed the act. After this, Nick Cannon had asked them to do the act again, which all 3 judges agreed on. Nevertheless, all three judges buzzed once again, but Nick asks them to hit the track again, forcing all three judges to exit the studio. Although the verdict was never told in the audition room, all three judges voted "No," eliminating him from the competition.
Audition All Stars
Udi Abagnale performed in Episode 632 as one of the ten Audition All Stars in the Season 6 America's Got Talent finale. His role consisted of singing "Time of My Life" with the others.
Udi Abagnale took part in the seventh season of American Idol (as Udi Sampat), where he also failed to make it past the audition round.
