As shown here (Episode_1319?oldid=128710) admins put episodes in past tense when making pages so that they do not have to be changed.

Thank you,

Hello Magitroopa

I'd like to thank you for reverting of the recent vandalism. That account has been banned permanently. I would also like to discuss the recent editing situation about past tense and future tense. There currently is no rule set on what we do. We normally just copy and paste and edit it to be the certain episode.

I will contact the main admin that makes the overall rules and ask him if he thinks there should be a rule in place based on past/future tense.

Smackdownisblue (talk) 06:14, September 19, 2018 (UTC)

Oh, didn't realize that's what you did. I thought you just reformatted a bunch of stuff :P

The only thing is that old news articles are supposed to go in News Archives, idk if that will happen with an RSS feed.

Another issue is that there are a lot of "fluff" articles; for example, the article about Michael Ketterer's arrest was published twice. For that reason, I think it might be better to edit it manually, even if it's not as convenient.

Of course, I'm not an admin, so you can ask one of them just to be sure :P

What's so unnessacary about the images

Can you stop deleting contestants from the season 14 page. The commercial was released last night so that means that it’s time to post contestants. Me and Jay are trying to do that.

Are you serious? Reverting my edits as "vandalism"? Get out of here. I used to be an admin on here and you never were, so stop thinking you know everything.

If you want me to stop "edit warring" then maybe actually reply to my message instead of going around and whining to others. You're seriously pissing off not just me, but every other active member right now. Since when were you the owner of this site?

Hello Magitroopa,

Thank you for your recent message. I have protected the page for a period of time. I am going to contact Erik to see how we move forward. Smackdownisblue (talk) 05:43, April 17, 2019 (UTC)

Message From Mike, on behalf of everybody else

Hey, could you please stop removing the info from the Season 14 page? An advertisement has aired on TV and we have correctly identified the acts shown off in it. Now, next time it is added back, can you please not revert it? Thanks

Hello magitroopa,

I would to ask you to stop edit warring with many users on the site. There are no set rules for placing acts on pages but I agree in a sense that it is unnecessary to add the acts on the season page at all. So I have asked them to stop adding to the page and to the blog that was created and I have officially protected the page until this drama fully resolves.

However, When an auditions page is inevitably made for this season even though there is no rule in place but what we normally do on round pages like Auditions, Judge Cuts, Quarterfinals, etc. is we add acts that have proof that they were at AGT recently.

Audtions - We add acts that have proof that they were there for the upcoming season even if they officially appear on the show or not. If they do not appear after the last audition episode they will be removed off the page. They might possibly be re added if they were an act that made it passed the auditions untelevised and participated in the judge cuts.

So if jay makes an auditions page and adds the acts with proof that is allowed. This is a format we did last season and we had no issues last time. Smackdownisblue (talk) 19:42, April 17, 2019 (UTC)

The account has been permanently banned. Smackdownisblue (talk) 00:24, July 19, 2019 (UTC)

Exclusives are not important

dont mean to be a bus kill, but exclusives are a waste of time and have no impact on Episode 1408 and Episode 1407

so that is the reason i keep vandalizing them. there is you explanation

I agree but once again, exclusives are not important

While i do agree the acts should be on the page, in fact I think it is better that way, exclusives are not important enough to be on the site therefore this reason i continue to vandalize them.

Hello Magitroopa

Hello Magi

After reviewing everything over, I believe that both of you are wrong for starting an edit war. Steve is not vandalizing. The episode pages do not need Exclusives and exit interviews. I'd accept the promo but exclusives are unnecessary. I appreciate your help on the wiki but if you add videos in the future we normally use this format and it would be very appreciated if you use it. We use it to compact the videos so it is not large and using the format people know who is on what video.

We like to get every performance from the episode. so readers of this wiki are able to see everything if they missed the show and want to catch up. If you'd like some help on how to use this let me know.

Best Regards,

Smackdownisblue (talk) 17:42, July 28, 2019 (UTC)

Seriously, again?

What the hell dude? Didnt me and Smackdownisblue already establish that exclusives are not important? Please do not post exclusives when he said they are not needed.

They are definitely fine on the pages for the judges themselves, entirely has to do with them. Fine without it on the actual episode pages. Magitroopa (talk) 04:24, July 29, 2019 (UTC)

So you messaged Smack, and are still going against what he said after he responded to you? Ok then. When will you understand that you don't own this wiki?

JayDK103 (talk) 05:10, July 29, 2019 (UTC)

I really appreciate you trying to add to the wiki. However, the exclusives are unnecessary and shouldn't be added. They are really random and bring no value to the pages they are being added to. I am asking you to please stop adding the exclusives. No Exclusives and no interviews. Smackdownisblue (talk) 04:16, July 30, 2019 (UTC)

Hey I'm just wondering where you found out there was 3 wildcards this year. Do you have a link? Also, does the 3rd Wildcard take the place of the autopass or did someone who was in the liveshows withdraw. Your response would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Tony1029 (talk) 20:53, August 13, 2019 (UTC)

It's actually from where the results performers for this week was announced, official NBC press release. "In addition, young South Carolina-based singer Ansley Burns will take the stage as one of three “Wild Card” acts."- no idea on the withdrawal/autopass info, just coming from their official PR. And here's the screenshot of said paragraph. Magitroopa (talk) 21:37, August 13, 2019 (UTC)
