Background
Vicki Barbolak is from Oceanside, California. She first pursued comedy when she was 38 years old after seeing an ad for a stand-up comedy class. Besides being a comedian, she is also an actress and writer, known for Pickin' & Grinnin' (2010), Call Me Crazy (2003) and Accidentally on Purpose (2005). [1] Her father is the late Pete Barbolak, a former offensive tackle who played for the Pittsburgh Steelers in 1949.

Her Preliminary performance in Episode TC01 consisted of performing a stand-up routine about her trailer park lifestyle, about being famous and getting the “second best trailer” in her park. Howie Mandel , Mel B , Heidi Klum and Simon Cowell all gave her standing ovations. Vicki did did not receive enough votes to advance to the night's Top 3, eliminating her from the competition.
