Vinny Grosso was a contestant on Penn & Teller: Fool Us in 2016, on which he successfully fooled the duo.
Vinny Grosso's audition in Episode 1205 consisted of first having Howie Mandel pick a random card from a deck. Next, to avoid the possibility of wearing hidden wires or hiding signaling devices, he took all of his clothes off. Next, he taped his eyes shut. Finally, he stuck his tongue out while Howie tapped the card on his tongue; Vinny subsequently identified the card. Howie, Mel B, Heidi Klum, and Simon Cowell all voted "Yes", sending Vinny to the Judge Cuts.
Vinny Grosso did not perform in the Judge Cuts round, meaning he either withdrew or was cut by the judges before this stage of the competition.
