Vladimir was a hand balancer from Season 1 of America's Got Talent. He was eliminated in the Semifinals.

Background[]

Vladimir Malachikhin is from Las Vegas, Nevada. He started working professionally when he was five years old doing a hand-to-hand balancing act with his father. He has a slight fear of heights. His parents are from the Moscow Circus.

Audition[]

Vladimir Malachikhin's audition in Episode 101 consisted of balancing his entire body on his hand on small metal stakes attached to the stage to Rhys Fulber's "Pandora." Piers Morgan, Brandy Norwood, and David Hasselhoff all voted "Yes," sending the act to the Semifinals.

Semifinals[]

Vladimir's Week 2 Semifinals performance in Episode 106 consisted of balancing acrobatically in and around a seven-foot wide hollow pyramid. Although Piers Morgan gave Vladimir an "X" vote, Brandy Norwood and David Hasselhoff both gave him "āœ“" votes. Vladimir did not receive enough votes to finish in at least second place in America's Vote, eliminating him from the competition in Episode 107 instead of At Last and Natasha Le.
