Voices of Service were a vocal group from Season 14 of America's Got Talent. They finished the competition in 5th place. Voices of Service returned for AGT: The Champions 2 where they were eliminated in the Preliminaries.

Voices of Service consists of members Master Sgt. Caleb Green, Staff Sgt. Ron Henry, Sgt. Maj. Christal Rheams, and Sergeant First Class Jason Hanna. [1] CAMMO (Center for American Military Music Opportunities)’s Voices of Service consists of veterans and active duty service member talent made up of musicians and singers who have been chosen to perform in support of veterans organizations, government agencies, military bases, corporate functions, and other events that CAMMO supports.
Voices of Service represents the diversity and excellence that exists within our military and veteran communities and is an inspiring example for the nation that they serve, have served, and continue to service through music. They have performed at the Canadian Embassy, American Legion Convention, the Joining Forces event at Vice President Joe Biden’s home, and many more. [2]

Voices of Service's audition in Episode 1404 consisted of singing Katy Perry's "Rise." Howie Mandel, Gabrielle Union, Julianne Hough, and Simon Cowell all voted "yes," sending Voices of Service to the Judge Cuts.
Judge Cuts[]
Voices of Service's Judge Cuts performance in Episode 1410 consisted of singing Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth's "See You Again." Howie Mandel, Gabrielle Union, Julianne Hough, Simon Cowell, and guest judge Jay Leno gave them standing ovations. Their performance was strong enough to advance to the Quarterfinals.

Voices of Service's Quarterfinals performance in Episode 1411 consisted of performing Gavin DeGraw's "Fire". Howie Mandel, Gabrielle Union, Julianne Hough, and Simon Cowell all gave them standing ovations. They received enough votes to advance to the Semifinals in Episode 1412 along with Kodi Lee.

Voices of Service's Semifinals performance in Episode 1419 consisted of singing OneRepublic's "Choke". Howie Mandel, Gabrielle Union, Julianne Hough, Simon Cowell and guest judge Queen Latifah all gave them standing ovations. They received enough votes to advance to the Finals in Episode 1420 instead of Luke Islam.

Voices of Service's Finals performance in Episode 1421 consisted of singing Leona Lewis' "Footprints in the Sand". Howie Mandel, Gabrielle Union, Julianne Hough and Simon Cowell all gave them standing ovations.
Finale[]
For the finale in Episode 1422, Voices of Service sang "Some Gave All" with Billy Ray Cyrus. They received enough votes to advance to the Top 5 instead of Benicio Bryant. They finished the competition in 5th place behind Kodi Lee, Detroit Youth Choir, Ryan Niemiller and V.Unbeatable.
The Champions 2 Preliminary[]
Voices of Service's Preliminary performance in Episode TC204 consisted of singing Kodaline's "Brother". Howie Mandel, Alesha Dixon, Heidi Klum and Simon Cowell all gave them standing ovations. They did not receive enough votes from the Superfans to advance to the Semifinals, eliminating them from the competition along with Emil Rengle instead of Strauss Serpent.
