Wes-P was a novelty act from Season 13 of America's Got Talent. He was eliminated in the audition round. He returned for America's Got Talent: Fantasy League competing on Simon Cowell's team where he was eliminated in the Preliminaries. He then returned for a third time in Season 20 where he was eliminated in the Auditions round.
Background[]
His real name is Kazuhisa Uekusa. Wes-P is a Japanese comedian who also performs under the name Mr. Uekusa. In 2017, he auditioned for Georgia's Got Talent (as Naked Comedian) where he received the Golden Buzzer from the show's hosts Vano Tarkhnishvili and Giorgi Kipshidze and was eliminated in the Semifinals. He performed under a different name on Britain's Got Talent in 2018, where he was eliminated in the Semifinals. He is the second act to compete on both BGT and America's Got Talent in the same year, after Charlie Plaçais.
Season 13 Audition[]
Wes-P's audition in Episode 1304 consisted of first removing a tablecloth with two teacups on it and then proceeding to strip his clothes off, place a tablecloth with teacups on top of his genitals and removing the tablecloth several times. The third time, he removed the tablecloth with a fan blowing. Mel B, Heidi Klum and Simon Cowell buzzed the act. Although Howie Mandel voted "Yes," Mel, Heidi and Simon voted "No," eliminating Wes-P from the competition.
After the Show[]
Wes-P was a contestant on the 2018 season of France's Got Talent under his original name "Uekusa". This feat made him the first known contestant in Got Talent history to be on three different versions in one year. On the show, Uekusa received a Golden Buzzer from judge Sugar Sammy, and finished in the bottom half of the Final.
Additionally in 2018, Wes-P auditioned for Italian competition series Tu Si Que Vales, where he failed to reach the following round.
In 2019, Wes-P competed on the 3rd season of Asia's Got Talent, as a part of novelty superhero group "BAD X TEN". They were eliminated in the Judge Cuts.
In 2020, Wes-P auditioned for Romania's Got Talent.
In July 2020, Wes-P competed on France Got Talent’s: Battle of the Judges, which was most probably the countries format for The Champions, however his team was eliminated during The Duels.
In 2022, Wes-P auditioned for Greece's Got Talent, Bulgaria's Got Talent, and the 10th season of Australia's Got Talent.
In 2023, Wes-P reached the Semi-Finals of the 9th season of Spain’s Got Talent. He was buzzed in both rounds by Risto Mejide.

Wes-P's Preliminary performance in Episode FL02 consisted of stripping his clothes off, whipping across a table with straps attached to his nipples, strategically placing things on his private areas and setting off two pyro-topped plungers on his chest set to LMFAO's "Sexy And I Know It". Mel B buzzed the act but Simon Cowell gave him a standing ovation. He did not receive enough votes to advance to the Semifinals, eliminating him from the competition instead of Vardanyan Brothers.

In December 2024, Wes-P was featured on ITV’s TikTok: Top 100 2024 where his content was ranked as the 34th most viewed.
In 2025, Wes-P competed on the 5th season of Canada’s Got Talent.
Season 20 Audition[]
Wes-P's performance in Episode 2004 consisted of stripping down to his shorts and maneuvering a ball through rings using a vacuum in his crotch. He then put a stick in his crotch to remove poker chips holding up a glass, then used a leaf blower to keep a glass stuck to his forehead. For the grand finale, he stripped naked and used Mel B (much to her chagrin) to whip off a cloth with teacups covering his private parts with a note saying "Welcome back MEL!! AGT Season 20!!". Mel B buzzed the act. Although Howie Mandel and Simon Cowell voted "Yes", Mel B and Sofía Vergara voted "No", eliminating him from the competition.
